Aportaciones a la Protohistoria del alto valle del río Nacimiento (Almería)

Abstract

In this paper the data about Late Bronze Age and Iron Age in the Corridor of Fiñana is discussed. This area is focussed in the high valley of Nacimiento river and its conection with Marquesado del Cenete county. The outcome of archaeological excavations and surface surveys are analysed and allow us to understand how the territory was structured during the 1st millenium BC, which were the main resources and understand the landscape from the end of Prehistoric times to Romanisation, and so how that period redrew the occupation of the landscape and its simbolic relationship with it.
